Narva, Estonia

This is our home

(placeholder)

Narva is only 93 miles from St. Petersburg, Russia and 112 miles from Tallinn, Estonia.  It is the third largest city in Estonia with a population of 70,000 people. It boarders Russia and 94% of the people speak Russian.  There are several religious churches in town including Jehovah witnesses, Mormons, Salvation Army, Penecostal, Charismatic, Russian Baptist, and the Russian Orthodox. On any given Sunday less than 1,000 attend a church of any kind.  When I walk the streets passing out tracks, the people know hardly anything of the Bible.  It is a city that desprately needs someone to teach them of the Christ who loves them and can save them.

Narva River Beach

The Narva River divides Russia and Esontia.  The Estonian castle is on the left and the Russian fortress in on the right.

Gulf of Finland Beach

This beach is about 15 min.  north of Narva.

This is one of the main streets in Narva.  Most people live in apartment buildings but there are a few houses in town.

One of the soccer fields we used for the soccer ministiry.  Apartment buildings are in the background.
